Emma Franklin is a 3D generalist with a focus on texture and layout. Her films tend to draw from her everyday life, focusing on her connection to the farmlands on which she grew up. She has recently worked on two personal short films, A 9 a.m Class (2022) and Sprout (2023), acting as both director and 3D generalist for both. For each film she handled the modeling, texturing, rigging and rendering, and partially helped animate and composite. She has worked on numerous projects ranging from rigging for short films to modeling for games. She previously worked as a professor of 3D Animation for Marywood University, and is presently a graphic intern for Creative Services within the Department of Citywide Administrative Services of NYC. She is recently received her masters in Computer Arts at the School of Visual Arts. She is an adamant reader of Greek myth retellings, lover of walks around the reservoir, and frequently yearner for running off to live on a self sustaining farm.
